Kirtan is accessible to everyone, young and old, you can sit or stand... no experience needed... You may not like to move or meditate, but everyone likes to sing or listen to music. The practice of kirtan helps everyone to connect with themselves. The fact of living this practice in a group adds to the experience a very powerful effect of exchange, sharing, belonging to a beautiful community.
